KW932 – Digital Interface

The KW932 is a 32 channel interface that converts 5V-220V status voltage to NMEA strings.

Designed for interfacing older fire door, watertight door, fire alarm and other systems to the ships Voyage Data Recorder it has become popular with vessels requiring a digital display for their door/alarm status systems.

Using the KW932 to interface with these systems the vessels have their own software that will decode the simple NMEA strings and display each door or alarm as a graphical image.

Accepting AC and DC signals, as well as contact closure, the KW932 is a very versatile interface.
