KW920-SV – Digital to Analogue Interface

The KW920-SV is used to convert NMEA data into +/- voltages or 4 to 20mA current loop signals.

Examples of conversions are as follows:

All valid NMEA gyro and mag data - 4-20mA for 000 to 360 degrees
Marimatech depth (E-Sea format) - 4-20mA for 0 to 160 metres depth
NMEA 0183 Rudder angle - 4-20mA for 0 to 360 degrees
GPS NMEA Speed over ground - 4-20mA for -8.0 to +30.0 knots
NMEA Revs per minute - 4-20mA for -1300 to +1300RPM
NMEA Heading $HEHDT - -10V=180 deg to +10V=179 deg
NMEA Rudder angle - +/-10V for +/- 40 degrees
NMEA Log speed - 4-20mA for 0 to 16 knots
NMEA Depth - 4-20mA for 0 to 40 metres
