KW910-SDC – Synchro Interface – AC/DC Synchro

The KW910-SDC will convert DC and AC Synchro transmission signals to NMEA 0183 data with a sensitivity of 1 degree.

Higher precision AC synchro conversion can be achieved using the KW910-M

Applications of the KW910-SDC include;

Rudder Order connected to VDR.

Rudder Sensor Angle connected to VDR

Wind speed and direction connected to VDR or ECDIS

Speed Log connected to VDR or ECDIS

Telegraph or Shaft RPM connected to VDR

The KW910-SDC interface does not require alignment in the 1:1 and 90:1 mode but for all other synchro types an alignment keypad is supplied.

Accepted reference voltages range from 2V to 220V
