KW919-Geolog

The GEOLOG is a single sensor speed and distance measuring system based on the SMIDS docking system. This system measures and displays speed over ground at the position of the antenna (normally located above the wheelhouse).

The KW919 replaces the Dual Axis types of SONAR speed systems by utilizing satellite technology.

The complete KW919 GEOLOG system can be installed whilst the vessel is in transit thereby avoiding operational down time or the need to dry dock.
